Owners Rick and Gail Leiser, along with Chef Larry Jones, opened Galyn’s in 1986. They are all actively involved in the day-to-day operation of Galyn’s.
General Manger Stephen Leiser, long-time Assistant Chef Steven Piskura, managers Corey Gordon and Aidan Robichaud-Ward, and a dedicated, experienced kitchen and dining room staff, continue to provide a classic Maine dining experience we are all proud of.
